I do think you should use a cleanser day/night but a gentle one milky lotion EPIONCE is a good one
You don’t have this but it’s a great way to hydrate/ water your skin I also have a tea-tree one for your Tzone or when you workout and feeling grungy.
 

Hyaluronic is also great to use as a moisturizer with you sunscreen and your skin will still tolerate makeup when you where it,
Retinol at night with eye cream I carry a great new eye cream with retinol in it.

Treatment Plan

I will do a lactic peel with the focus on your neck and décolletage next treatment and I will do a cocktail of vitamins hyaluronic peptide infusion.

I will also to a custom blend oil Gua sha massage on face/ neck.
