Chia Seed Collagen Berry Pudding Recipe

Chia seed pudding with collagen is a delicious and nutritious dessert or breakfast option.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 1 scoop (about 10g) collagen powder (unflavored)

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Fresh berries, sliced fruits, or nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, collagen powder, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well to ensure the collagen powder is evenly distributed.

  2. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes and then stir again. This will prevent the chia seeds from clumping together as they absorb the liquid.

  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight for the best results. Stir the mixture once or twice during the first hour to prevent clumping.

  4. When the pudding has thickened and reached your desired consistency (it should be similar to a pudding or yogurt), remove it from the refrigerator.

  5. Give the pudding a good stir to break up any clumps. If it's too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to reach your preferred consistency.

  6. Taste the pudding and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

  7. Serve the chia seed pudding in individual bowls or jars. Top with fresh berries, sliced fruits, or nuts for added texture and flavor.

  8. Enjoy your collagen chia seed pudding immediately or refrigerate for a few days. Chia seed pudding is a great make-ahead breakfast or snack.

This chia seed pudding is not only delicious but also packed with protein from the collagen and healthy fats and fiber from the chia seeds. It's a perfect way to start your day or satisfy your sweet tooth in a nutritious way.
