Collagen Greek Yogurt Parfait with Granola Recipe

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat, depending on your preference)

  • 1 scoop (about 10g) unflavored collagen powder

  • 1 cup granola

  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)


1. Prepare the Collagen Greek Yogurt:

  • In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, unflavored collagen powder, and, if desired, honey or maple syrup for sweetness. You can also add a touch of vanilla extract for extra flavor. Mix well until the collagen is fully incorporated into the yogurt.
